Volume-based pricing tiers reward larger orders. All tiers are subject to the same actual landed cost rule at customs clearance.
Transparent at every stage. Final cost floats with actual customs clearance — this is the rule for every reseller, every shipment.
Select your items during your priority window. Pay 30% of the estimated landed cost to lock your reservation. Paid via ACH, Zelle, or card. Multiple open container orders may be combined into a single payment — just reference all container names in your payment note.
Once the container is sealed and shipped, you will receive tracking and ETA updates. No further payments until customs clearance.
When your goods clear customs, we issue a final itemized invoice within 48 hours reflecting all actual costs proportional to your share of the container.
Remaining balance is due before goods are released for pickup or delivery. If you have balances across multiple containers, these may be combined into a single payment. No exceptions on release without full payment.
Once balance clears, coordinate your pickup appointment or we arrange LTL freight to your zone. Items are wrapped, tagged, and inspected on delivery.
